Jewellery Sales

Mahima Gold House offers gold jewellery for sale including necklaces, bangles, earrings, rings, and bridal sets. All products are BIS hallmark certified. Prices displayed on the website are indicative and subject to change based on prevailing gold market rates.

Gold Rate Information

The gold rates displayed on our website are updated periodically and are for reference purposes only. Actual purchase prices may vary. Please contact us directly for confirmed pricing before making any purchase decision.

Custom Orders

We accept custom jewellery orders. Custom orders require a confirmed design, agreed-upon price, and advance payment as discussed with our team. Delivery timelines for custom orders will be communicated at the time of order placement.

Pricing & Payment

Making Charges

Our standard making charge is ₹499 per gram. This is subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of purchase. Making charges may vary for highly intricate or custom designs.

GST

All prices are subject to applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) as mandated by the Government of India. GST at 3% applies on gold jewellery purchases.

Price Fluctuations

Gold prices fluctuate based on market conditions. The final price of any jewellery purchase will be calculated at the prevailing gold rate on the date of actual purchase or order confirmation.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and other payment modes as agreed at the time of purchase. For custom orders, an advance payment may be required to initiate production.

Returns & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy

We offer exchange of jewellery purchased from Mahima Gold House subject to verification of the original purchase receipt and quality inspection of the returned item. The exchange value will be calculated based on the prevailing gold rate at the time of exchange.

No Cash Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds on gold jewellery purchases. All returns will be processed as store credit or exchange only, in accordance with standard jewellery industry practice.

Custom Orders

Custom-made jewellery orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect. We encourage customers to carefully review and approve all design specifications before production begins.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will repair or replace the item at no charge upon verification of the defect.

Product Authenticity & Purity

BIS Hallmarking

All gold jewellery sold by Mahima Gold House is BIS hallmark certified, guaranteeing the purity of the gold as stated. Each piece carries the appropriate hallmark as required by the Bureau of Indian Standards.

Purity Guarantee

We guarantee the purity of our 22K gold at 91.6% and 24K gold at 99.9%. Any discrepancy in purity discovered through independent testing by a BIS-certified laboratory will be addressed and resolved promptly.

After-Sales Service

Free Lifetime Service

Mahima Gold House offers free cleaning, polishing, and minor repairs for all jewellery purchased from us, for the lifetime of the product. This service is available in-store upon presenting the original purchase receipt.

Repairs

Major repairs (such as resizing, stone replacement, or structural work) may be subject to charges depending on the nature of the work. We will provide an estimate before proceeding with any chargeable repair.
